In Claude, open connectors and choose Octyo. You sign in to Octyo and pick the business.

Read only: Claude looks without changing anything. Read and act: it can also create, edit and send.

Claude answers with Octyo’s figures and gives you the link to open each record.

With your permissions
Claude only sees your business’s apps, and only what your permissions let you see.
The same checks
An action by Claude goes through the same checks as a click in Octyo: permissions, invoice numbering…
Your approval first
Before acting, Claude describes the action and asks for your approval. Any text meant for a customer is shown to you before it goes out.
No money moves
No tool moves money: refunds and cancelling a paid order happen only in Octyo.
No judgment on people
Claude never rates, ranks or compares candidates, employees or customers: it gives the facts, you decide.
Access you can revoke
Settings › Claude lists your connections: revoke one at any time. After 30 days without use, access expires.
Your data
What Claude reads in Octyo is sent to it to answer you, under your Claude account and Anthropic’s privacy policy. Octyo only keeps the access you granted, never your conversations.
Nothing extra to pay Octyo
The connector is included in your Octyo subscription, Discovery plan included. Conversations with Claude fall under your own Claude plan.
Claude is an assistant made by Anthropic.
