Orders delivered by the team join the Deliveries queue. Today’s round is put in an optimised order, and the driver follows his stops on his phone.

The other parcels go by carrier. Once the tracking number is entered, the order switches to “shipped” and the items leave the stock.

A customer writes in to change his delivery address. His email becomes a ticket in Customer service, the order number is noted on it, and the team answers with a saved reply.

Delivered and signed
At the door, the driver collects a signature on his phone, even with no signal. The order switches to “delivered” in the store, and the signed slip is filed in Drive.

At the scheduled time, a reminder comes in: the text and photo of the new gift box are ready to copy. Once it is live, the post is marked as published in the calendar.

The owner targets loyalty members who have not bought anything in 90 days and schedules an email for the next morning. Only those who opted in will receive it.
